HFDI Bylaws

The current bylaws were approved by the membership June 2005.
The previous bylaws were approved by the membership on June 24, 2004.
The original bylaws were approved at the 2003 annual meeting and later amended by the 2004 annual meeting to conform to CDSS requirements.
